Great news – my swollen face fit in the radiation cage this afternoon, so I have only five days of treatment left! I asked the radiation technicians to push if they had to, but get me in there. I did end up with the square marks of the cage pattern imbedded on my forehead, but I thought it looked interesting.
My daily chemotherapy (oral) has only two days left. They maximize the number of consecutive treatment days at 42. I don’t know why that is, but I can live with not knowing.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1.....blast off!!! Great news that the treatment days are dwindling down. Then you can rest up and get ready to accompany Santa on his route!!! love you.
