Mission accomplished today, as you can tell from the before and after photos taken by Mike. Who knew I had such long hair before? I could have braided it. I notice my splee* are much more evident now, too. (Check today's word in the Dorothy's Dictionary section.)
I check in at Rush Thursday afternoon and have a final MRI to guide the surgical team on Friday. Surgery is tentatively scheduled at 11:00am.
I will post again in the morning. Once I am in the hospital, Mike will post about anything worth noting. Thanks to all of you who have checked in to wish me well. I know from those contacts that I am on many prayer lists, which makes me feel great. Miracles do happen.
