I called Dr. Paleologos’ office at Northshore today to report that Dr. Byrne wanted me to see her in the next 10 days to review a post-surgery MRI with her and get her thoughts on a radiation oncologist and a possible chemotherapy during the radiation. She agreed and set up time to meet next Thursday, immediately following an MRI. Looking forward to her thoughts and to seeing the MRI.
Meanwhile I think I will set up a time to see Dr. Bugno at the Centegra Sage Cancer Center and have his office do an assessment of my tumor to plan the radiation crate in which my head will sit during radiation. I am hoping to get it scheduled starting after October 5 in the late afternoon so I can work at the shop when possible before treatment.
